Who are JTC?

JTC are the Slater Investment Funds administrator, transfer agent and registrar.  Their details can be found in the Funds prospectuses, and you will see reference to them below and in other sections of our Website.

How can I change my address?

In order to change your address you will need supply us with a signed instruction informing us of the change. Please include both the old and new address on the instruction, along with your portfolio number, this will help us better locate your account.

Please note we’ll need verification of the address you’re changing it to, this can come in the form of a copy of your Driving licence, Utility Bill, Bank Statement dated in the past 3 months, or letter from HMRC.

How do I change the name on my account?

If you have updated your name, please send us a certified copy of the Deed Poll, Marriage Certificate or Divorce certificate, confirming the change. The relevant document will be returned to you once we have updated our records.

How do I get a valuation of my investment?

You may telephone our Customer Support Team on +44 (0) 203 8931001 to request a valuation of your investments with Slater. We can also set up an online portal for you where you can view up-to-date valuations.  Please email us for more information if this is of interest to you (see ‘How can I register for the online client portal?’ below)..You will also be sent annual and half yearly short reports for the Slater Funds you have invested in. Slater Fund prices are available on our website www.slaterinvestments.com along with other useful information. We also publish some price information in the Financial Times.

How can I register for the online client portal?

Please send an email to [email protected] stating you wish to be set up for the Slater Online Portal and quote your portfolio number. Once we’ve received your request, we will set you up and send you the log in details and link for the portal.

How can I find out how my Fund is performing?

Latest performance can be found on the monthly Fund Factsheet which can either be sent to you or visit our Website and select the Fund.  The latest Fund Factsheet will be on the Fund page.

You will receive a statement with your fund value together with the annual and interim fund reports (approximately six months apart) for each Fund you invest in.  These are also available on the relevant Fund website page.

How can I register a Power of Attorney on my account?

In order to register the Power of Attorney, please send a certified copy of the original document to our address, JTC Fund & Corporate Services, HX1, 16th Floor, Harbour Exchange Square, London, E14 9GE. Once we have received the certificate, it will be returned back to you as soon as possible. Please accompany the Power of Attorney with a covering letter, stating your contact details and the account number for the client.

How do I change my bank details?

In order to change your bank details you will need supply us with a signed instruction informing us of the change. Please be sure to include your portfolio number. You can send the signed instruction either via email to [email protected] or to our postal address; JTC Fund & Corporate Services, HX1, 16th Floor, Harbour Exchange Square, London, E14 9GE.

Please note we’ll need verification of the new bank account, this can come in the form of a Bank Statement dated in the past 3 months or a voided cheque.

How do I switch my existing ISA with another provider to Slater Investments?

How do I switch my ISA to another provider?

You will need to contact the ISA provider you wish to transfer your fund(s) to. They will supply you with the necessary documentation for you to complete and return to them. The provider will then contact us to arrange for the transfer to be completed.

How can I register the death of a Slater Investments investor?

In order to register the death of a client, please send a certified copy of the original death certificate to our address JTC Fund & Corporate Services, HX1, 16th Floor, Harbour Exchange Square, London, E14 9GE. Once we have received the certificate, it will be returned back to you as soon as possible. Please accompany the death certificate with a covering letter, stating your contact details and the account number of the late client, if known. We require the Grant of Probate in order to action instructions on the account .

When we are notified of a death, units which are held as income units will be switched to accumulation units and any unclaimed income will be reinvested.

I am an executor – how do I request a valuation of the Estate’s holding with Slater Investments?

Once we have received the Death Certificate, we will send a valuation of the late clients account(s) with Slater Investments which you can use for probate purposes. If you need a valuation which is more up to date, please call our Customer Support Team on +44 (0) 203 8931001 or send an email to [email protected].

I want to receive regular information from Slater Investments about markets and funds – is this possible?

You will receive the annual and interim fund reports (approximately six months apart) for each Fund you invest in. These are also available on the relevant Fund website page.  You will also receive a statement of accounts for your investments every six months.  You can subscribe to receive other information e.g. investor events, Fund factsheets and alerts by signing up to the Slater Investments distribution list.
